Contact enquiries
The contact form sends the property location, issue description, contact details and optional photographs through FormSubmit to info@domusveritas.es. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. There are no user accounts on this website. Email links open your email application; telephone links start a call; WhatsApp links open that external service. When you contact us, the information you provide may include your name, contact details, property location, description of the issue and photographs. Send only information needed for the enquiry and avoid including other people’s personal data.
Purpose and legal basis
Information provided in a service enquiry is used to respond, assess the requested work and arrange the next steps. Where you request a quotation or service, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Processing required by applicable legal obligations relies on Article 6(1)(c).
Retention
The applicable retention period depends on whether the exchange remains an enquiry or leads to a service, and on any legal duties associated with that service. Contact info@domusveritas.es for the retention period applicable to your correspondence.
Cookies and analytics
The website’s own code does not set cookies or use local storage. The language choice is carried in the URL (?lang=es). No analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social widgets are included in the website code. Cloudflare, which protects delivery of this website, sets the technical security cookie __cf_bm to help distinguish automated traffic from visitors. It expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. This is a security cookie, not a marketing or audience analytics cookie.
Hosting and external services
The website is delivered through ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure and traffic protection. Serving pages involves technical connection data such as an IP address and browser request information; hosting providers may process these to deliver and secure the service. The design loads DM Sans from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which sends a request to Google including connection data. WhatsApp, Facebook and LinkedIn are ordinary links, not embedded widgets; opening them takes you to the provider’s service. The contact form submits to FormSubmit, where an anti-spam check may be displayed. FormSubmit processes the enquiry and attachments to deliver them by email. Its privacy policy is available at https://formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf. Your email and telephone providers also process communications under their own terms. Provider location, retention and any international transfers depend on the service and its policies.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing where applicable by writing to info@domusveritas.es. Where processing relies on consent, it may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
